Your use of this website is subject to the following terms and conditions:
  1. Once you have purchased tickets, they cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned unless the event is cancelled, moved to another date, or if there are significant changes to the event, namely a change of the headline act or venue.
  2. If an event is cancelled by the organiser, these are circumstances that are beyond Alive Tickets's control, and therefore only the face value of the tickets will be refunded. The purchaser will be required to return the tickets, on receipt of which Alive Tickets will refund the face value. The refund will be made using the same method of payment that was used to purchase the tickets. Tickets should be returned by secure post to

  3. If an event is postponed or the venue or content significantly changed, the original tickets will remain valid for the revised event unless otherwise advised. Such changes are made by the organiser, circumstances that are beyond Alive Tickets's control, and therefore only the face value of the tickets will be refunded. Refund requests will be accepted up until 3 days before the date of the revised event or 3 days after notification of the change (whichever is the later) unless otherwise advised. Alive Tickets are unable to refund tickets that are received after this time.
  4. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that tickets returned are received by Alive Tickets. It is therefore advisable to return any tickets either by secure post or in person.
  5. When events are cancelled, postponed or the venue or content is significantly changed, Alive Tickets will do their best to inform all purchasers using the contact details provided when the booking was made. However it is the responsibility of the purchaser to check whether the event is going ahead at the scheduled date, time and venue. Alive Tickets cannot guarantee that they will be able to make contact.
  6. It is the responsibility of our customers to inform Alive Tickets of any change of address or contact details both before and after receipt of their tickets.
  7. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check their tickets on receipt as mistakes cannot always be rectified later.
  8. Although Alive Tickets will use their best endeavours to indicate any age restrictions that apply to events, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they are eligible for entry to the event that they are purchasing tickets for.
  9. If Alive Tickets fail to fulfill an order as a result of acting with negligence, the customer will be entitled to a full refund including any booking fee charged.
  10. The Right of Admission to an event is reserved by the promoter and event venue. Alive Tickets will therefore not offer refunds to any ticket-holders who may be refused entry.
  11. Tickets ordered through this site are for the personal use of you and your party only. Alive Tickets reserve the right to cancel tickets purchased if it is discovered that such tickets are being resold to the public at an inflated price including via auction sites such as EBAY.
  12. If you are collecting your tickets rather than having them posted out, please be advised that the tickets must be collected by the cardholder in person, and that the credit card must be presented on collection. The cardholders' signature will be required on collection.
  13. We do our best to get your tickets to you as quickly as possible and we aim to send tickets out four weeks before the date of the event. However we cannot always guarantee dispatch times as often we are dependent on third parties to supply the tickets. Tickets should reach you at least 7 days before the event unless tickets are being collected from the venue. Where tickets are booked within 10 days of an event and are being posted, tickets should reach you at least 2 days before an event.
  14. If it becomes impractical to post tickets out due to proximity of an event or circumstances beyond Alive Tickets's control, we reserve the right to make the tickets available for collection at the venue and will inform the purchaser accordingly.
  15. For certain events there may be a restriction on the maximum number of tickets that may be purchased. In such case, if a customer orders more tickets than the maximum specified during the booking process, Alive Tickets reserve the right to cancel the order.
  16. If tickets dispatched by special delivery are returned as "addressee unknown," Alive Tickets reserve the right to cancel the order.
